The Valley Doula

I work with families across a wide range of birth experiences, from home to hospital and everything in between (including backseats and campsites!).

Rather than steering you toward a specific type of birth, I help you navigate the one that’s right for you.

Birth doesn’t always go according to plan, and I’m there with a steady, experienced, and responsive presence so you can stay grounded and confident throughout.

No matter the setting or situation, my focus is the same: making sure you feel informed, seen, and steady in the moments that matter most.
